Windsor has arrived safely. What a wonderful pup! It does not seem like the plane trip has effected him at all. He is very playful, and I am definitely going to wear him out this evening. I have already been showing him off, and receiving plenty of compliments. I can not get over the size of his paws. I just wanted to personally thank you for making this such an enjoyable experience. I do not think it could have ran any smoother. Please feel free to use me as a reference anytime. I will send pictures from time to time so you can see him grow. I just wanted to write to thank you for finding us the most wonderful English Bulldog in the world. Rocco is truly a special Bullie. He is a happy and healthy pup and we are so grateful that he is part of our family. From the very first day when we picked him up at the airport, he's been nothing but joy. We love taking him to the park where he draws so much attention. I can't tell you how many times I've told the story of how we found him. Thank you for making the process so easy. All of the papers arrived with him and we had absolutely no problems with customs (just as you said). We hope to adopt a companion to Rocco from you in the near future. The video camera is charged and ready for Leo's arrival! I think I am going to have to find a (cheap) digital camera tonight as well. I am about to run out of money!! If Leo is half the puppy we think he is, we would want you to feel free to us as a referral. We could not be more pleased with your professional and sincere responses to our many questions! All the experts tell us to NEVER do what we did (buy a puppy without touching -- from someone on the Internet) -- but they obviously didn't know you! Hopefully, you have received the additional $50 for the pedigree by now. If you have any problems, let me know. Here's to a sleepless week-end!! Thanks, Janet ... Sandor -- He's home!! And he's PERFECT!!! I'm sorry, but Chloe, Leo's sister in New York, is just going to have to give up the title of Best Puppy in the World -- because Leo gets it!! Bobby is ecstatic -- Jennifer (our 5-year old) is thrilled -- and Kerry (my husband) is calling on the phone for updates every 10 minutes because he can't get home from work yet! (I took the afternoon off -- as well as tomorrow . . :-) ! I can't imagine how we could be any more pleased!! Much to my amazement, the long flight does not seem to have affected him much -- he is very playful and very bright. CLEARLY, this puppy has been well cared for and is very well bred. At this moment, we've almost exhausted him and he is sitting on Bobby's lap receiving pets from both Bobby and Jennifer. Sandor, thank you! This has been a wonderful experience -- one we will enjoy for a good 10 years or more, if we are lucky
