Will my puppy be quarantined after arriving in the U.S.?

No!

What form of payments can I use?

Bank wire, credit card and paypal. Please note you will not find the payment details on our website. They would be sent to you by once all is finalized for payment for security reasons.

Is my puppy/dog AKC registered?

Our puppies/dogs are registered by the Hungarian Kennel Club (MEOE). Hence they come with a Hungarian Pedigree. We can obtain the Export Pedigree ($75), and you can transfer it to AKC with full breeding/showing rights. Can I register my puppy with my kennel club?

Yes! Our puppies/dogs are registered with an FCI affiliate registry (MEOE, SKJ, CMKU, JKS, etc.) guaranteeing that you can transfer the registration to any kennel club which recognizes FCI.

Does the price include shipping?

No. Since airlines charge by the size of the crate your puppy travels in, shipping prices vary a great deal. Our price includes the airline approved crate, veterinary certificate, vaccinations, deworming and other related charges, but you need to get a shipping quote for each puppy individually.  Shipping to certain countries, extra charges may apply for boarding as the dog must be older, blood tests to be done and stamped embassy documents needed. Also to some destinations extra shipping charges may apply. These destinations are labeled as red cities on our map.

A typical additional charge is a $75 (€65) fee for the export pedigree in your name if you request one (a standard pedigree is included in the price but not so useful if transferal to your kennel club is needed).

How long before I can get my puppy?

We don't ship puppies under eight weeks of age. If he/she is old enough and we've received the full payment then within a week.

Do I have to qualify to be able to purchase one of your puppies?

No! One of our customers said it right: "They're great dogs but we don't need anyone qualifying us as to whether or not we deserve the right to buy one of their puppies." So it is our intention to place our puppies in good homes and certainly reserve the right not to sell.

Do you offer any health guarantee?

Yes, a 10 Year Satisfaction Guarantee is included in the price! We know it sounds insane, but we are confident in our puppies' health. Read more.

Do you have a contract?

No! We don't ask you to sign a contract. We offer a Limited and a Lifetime Health Guarantee to choose from. It is your responsibility to educate yourself on how to raise and keep a puppy/dog.

Do your puppies receive any vaccinations?

Yes, an eight-week-old puppy normally receives two shots. Puppies are vaccinated up to date for their age and it is the new owner's responsibly to keep this up as vaccine are on going.

Where are you located?

We are located in Budapest, Hungary.

Are your puppies healthy?

YES! All of our puppies are healthy and checked by our veterinarian before departure. Click here to see how it is done!

Are your puppies and dogs neutered?

Unless stated otherwise in the Breeder's Note, our puppies and dogs are not neutered. 

Can you help me locate a breeder?

Unfortunately not. There are many other sites doing that. Our policy is to visit each breeder we work with in person to assure that the puppies are coming from good homes. This is only possible for us here in Hungary or in the neighboring countries.

How long is the flight? Is my puppy given food and water during the transport? Isn't it too cold/hot for the puppy?

We only ship with pet friendly, major airlines that have many years experiencein shipping animals and strict regulations, such as KLM, Lufthansa, Air France. . . just to name a few. The airplanes have a separate, temperature controlled room for live animals. This is very safe and most puppies sleep through the flight. In most cases, the puppy stays overnight in one of the airline's cities in Europe, where he/she is provided with food and water before continuing to the final destination.

ATTENTION UK CUSTOMERS

I am from the UK. Can you ship puppies to the UK?

YES! We can ship to the UK. However, we have to comply with DEFRA's Pet Travel Scheme (PETS). Your pet may not enter the UK under PETS until six months have passed from the date that our vet took the blood sample which led to a successful test result. Once the vet has signed the PETS certificate and that six month period has passed, the PETS certificate is valid and your pet may enter the UK.
