Our head office is situated in the beautiful city of Budapest, Hungary. This is where we serve you from. Our breeders however, can come from various locations all around Europe.
We have a dedicated page for our customer reviews, with hundreds of references. You can search these by breed or location to find the most relevant for you. Please also visit our Facebook page to see more of our happy customers and their dogs. We also have an exclusive Euro Puppy Club on Facebook where our past customers can come together to show off their dogs.
Unfortunately not. There are many other sites doing that. Our policy is to visit each breeder we work with in person to assure that the puppies are coming from good homes. This is only possible for us here in Hungary or in the neighboring countries.
No, we do not believe we should qualify anybody when buying puppies from us! One of our customers said it right: "They're great dogs but we don't need anyone qualifying us as to whether or not we deserve the right to buy one of their puppies." It is our intention to place our puppies in good homes. However we certainly reserve the right not to sell if we believe it is in the best interests of the dog.
Basically it means you are getting a top of the line puppy! A champion sire or dam, means that one of the parents or both has repeatably won FCI organized conformation shows and must therefore be of excellent appearance and conformation. Literally this means, by the rules of the FCI, that the dog has won the necessary number of local or international dog shows to have been able to earn a Champion or International Champion title. For detailed information of the requirements, visit the official FCI website.
All our puppies receive the vaccinations necessary for their age, and any additional vaccinations that are required to meet your countries import regulations.
Unless stated otherwise in the Breeder's Note, our puppies are not neutered.
You can of course request for this to be done. But it is only possible at the age of 6 months and up. Please read our informative blog on The Healthiest Time to Neuter your dog.
The health of our puppies is our top priority! We personally inspect the puppies at the breeders location to insure they are healthy, happy and well cared for. Once you choose your puppy we ensure all necessary vaccinations are given, and immediately prior to departure your puppy will have a check up with our veterinarian.
Yes we offer a Lifetime Health Guarantee, which is included in the price of the dog. This is how confident we are that our dogs come from a genetically sound background.
The price of the dog is inclusive of everything that ensures it comes to you happy and healthy. This includes the airline approved crate, veterinary costs before arrival, veterinary certificate, vaccinations and deworming. The cost of delivery is not included.
The price of the dog does not include shipping. The shipping fee is separate as it depends on individual factors, such as the destination, size of the crate, and airline. Prices can vary a great deal, from just a few hundred dollars, into the thousands of dollars. However we now offer an incredible ‘Free Shipping’ offer when the price is $500 of less you will pay NOTHING, if it is above this, you still get a massive discount! For shipping to certain countries with very strict import regulations there may be additional charges.
Yes we do. We are privileged to have many returning customers, and we are happy to reward the trust they place in us. Therefor we offer a $200 discount on the 3rd dog purchased as well as every subsequent dog.

We ship our puppies at the earliest possible moment, but never before 10 weeks. Each country has their own import regulations, with differing minimum age restrictions. Please look on our delivery page for the import regulations to your destination.
We only ship our puppies with pet friendly, major airlines that have many years experience with shipping animals and have strict safety regulations, such as KLM and Lufthansa. The airplanes have a separate, temperature controlled room for live animals. This is very safe and most puppies sleep through the flight. In most cases, the puppy stays overnight in one of the airline's cities in Europe, where he/she is provided with food and water before continuing to the final destination.
Each country has their own regulations. To find out more please go to our delivery page and select your chosen destination airport to see the necessary requirements.
Within the EU a pet passport is required. Otherwise normally your puppy will arrive with just a vaccination booklet. The original vaccination stickers will be in the vaccination booklet, therefor the pet passport will not contain these stickers. If you are aware that you will need a pet passport, please request it right after you reserve your dog so it can be organised. Additional fees may apply.
Yes. Our puppies usually come with a pedigree. On a rare occasion when a puppy does not have a pedigree this will be stated in the puppies individual Breeders Notes.
Yes! Our dogs are registered with an FCI affiliate kennel club (MEOE, SKJ, CMKU, JKS, etc.). This guarantees that you can transfer the registration to any FCI affiliate kennel club or one that is recognized by the FCI. If you intend to transfer then you can request an Export Pedigree from us ($75). This will allow your dog to have full breeding/showing rights.
We recommend at first to feed your puppy the same food that the breeder gave. You can gradually try a different food brand that is available in your location. We always recommend super premium or holistic (grain free) dry brands. Good choices are, just to mention a few: Royal Canin, Natures Variety, Taste of the Wild. We recommend feeding your puppy 4 times a day until 3 months of age, then 3 times a day until 6 months. From then on you can feed your puppy twice a day, and depending on your choice feed the dog 1 or 2 times a day from 1 year old.
This depends on several factors such as the dog breed itself, your circumstances where you live. What really is important is to leave space for the dog, let it have his or her own corner where no one should intrude, where he can feel safe and by himself. But make sure breakables and any safety hazards such as electric cables are out of reach. Having plenty of dog toys too is a good idea.
Yes, normally you would cover the cost, but we also offer a fantastic Shipping Protection on top of our guarantee. If you have purchased this protection and your dog sadly passes away within the guarantee time, then we would cover 100% of the shipping costs for your new puppy, up to the price of the original shipping.
To make it even easier for our puppy seekers to know what type of Breeder our puppies are coming from we are introducing two special awards for our best breeders.
Don’t get us wrong, all our breeders are excellent, but we want you to know when you are getting a puppy from an extra special place.
The best of the best!A breeder who has gained the ‘Platinum Breeder’ stamp from Euro Puppy is all of the following! A person that we have worked with for many years, and have an extra special relationship with. They have raised not only multiple show winning and Champion dogs, with at least one parent of the puppy regularly being a multiple national champion, but also has some of the very best dogs of their breed in Europe.
A Gold Breeder is again one that we have been lucky to work for many years, and provides a consistent quality of excellent puppies, and is always a pleasure to work with. They have also had many successful show dogs, with many National Champions in their puppies bloodlines.
