It seems that you changed the stlye.css file.
Anyway, I would recommend for you to download version 2.0 above and if you want to change the style of the header the way it is currently on your site add this to the style.css file:

#headerimage {
padding:20px 0px 0px 25px;
}

Hi there,

Your theme is just something I was looking for my blog, Thanks. Everything seems to be working fine but sometimes the post title seems to overlap with the post and runs over the blue background. That means the text from the title with #ffffff runs over the text in the post with #000000. Is it just me having this problem.

Pressed f5 couple of time but no luck…

Hi,

I like the theme a lot but still learning wordpress html stuff…my site header looks ugly as it kinda over laps the header border and looks silly. How do you align the header (site name) text so it moves across a few pixels please.

No, it is not necessary. You can remove it by opening the /wp-content/themes/Blue-Dog-1/sidebar.php file and delete lines 79-93.
