We understand just how important the safe shipping of your dog is. We are delivering to you a member of your family, and we will treat your dog like it was our own. While we know you would like your dog with you quickly, we have to comply with Jordan’s regulations which are in place for the safety of your dog.

• When will my puppy be sent to me?

  Your puppy must be at least 13 weeks old and have been given its rabies inoculation.

• Is an import permit required for my puppy to enter Jordan?

  You will need to apply for an import permit on your own behalf.

• Will my puppy have to be quarantined?

  No.

• How much will it cost to ship my puppy to Jordan?

  Shipping is quoted on each puppy individually, based on the dog’s breed and age (which determines size).  When Amman is selected as the destination airport you will see how much does it cost to ship the puppy  by different airlines.

• Do you have partners in Jordan to assist with the import?

  Yes, we have but we will help advise and assist with anything that you need to do in person in Jordan.

• Can you deliver my puppy by road?

  No. But our new Jordan agent will pick up your puppy from Queen Alia International Airport, and can arrange for a suitable time to have the pup delivered anywhere in Amman for extra cost.
