We understand just how important the safe shipping of your dog is. We are delivering to you a member of your family, and we will treat your dog like it was our own. While we know you would like your dog with you quickly, we have to comply with Switzerland’s import regulations which are in place for the safety of your dog.

We have two decades of experience shipping to over 110 countries, worldwide and have many happy dog owners in Switzerland.

To Switzerland, puppies can travel from the age of 15 weeks.

• When will my puppy be sent to me?

  Officially, your puppy must be 15 weeks old before you can receive him or her 21 days after the rabies shot given.

• Is an import permit required for my puppy to enter Switzerland?

  No.

• Will my puppy have to be quarantined?

  No.

• How much will it cost to ship my puppy to Switzerland?

  The shipping fee is separate cost as it can be calculated on the website once you enter the shipping destination. Generally, the shipping is between 400 and 500 Euros.

• Do I have to pay import tax after my puppy?

  Yes, the import tax in Switzerland is 7.7% of the total value and we will be adding this cost to your order once the reservation is completed on our website.
