Hi Shane, Team, Hope this email finds you well. Many thanks for your message, very thoughtful of you, and thanks for the birthday wishes on behalf of Kyoto. Of course, we do remember the moment we first saw Kyoto! A moment we never forget. She’s been very well, although been through a couple of changes in the past couple of months. Nothing to worry about, we have recently moved to another city. So new home, new vet, but less friends due to the virus, but on the flip side, we have more time than ever with her at home. Hey Eddie,
Sorry it has taken soo long for me to respond, I also tried to take the survey, but it is now closed. I wanted to let you know that we are very satisfied with our business with you and Suzy (we have renamed her “Scout”) is doing very well. She finished up all her puppy shots and will be spayed next week.
I’m going to attach some pictures for you to see how much she has grown. She is currently 30 lbs and has almost lost all of her puppy teeth. She is completely house trained, it took me about 8 weeks to train her to ring a desk bell on the floor by the door to let us know when she needs to go potty. She is also enrolled in puppy school where we are teaching her to sit, lay down and several other trick. She is a very quick learner and a very sociable puppy (loves to meet people and other animals). She has also gotten along very well with our rabbits. She is amazing and everyone that meets her says she is the cutest puppy and is impressed how smart she is.

Hi Eddie,
I just wanted to let you know that we have Choopy. You were right; she is sooo much better in person!!!We took her to the vet today and he seems to think shes just fine health wise, I did find one flea on her but all seems fine now. She is eating her first meal at home and is enjoying it in between pouncing. She will be going in for her needed boosters in a couple weeks! So far Choopy is one happy little puppy and we are very happy with her. Thank you so much for your help and keeping such good contact with us all the time. We greatly appreciate everything that you have done. When we picked Choopy up, we only had to pay for her terminal fee’s ($55.00) and that was it, we did not have to pay any duty or gst fee’s, so thank you for that as well!
