Dear Sandor, Dear Mario,

Our puppy has arrived safe and sound today morning. Seemed a bit frightened and quiet but he is adjusting now. I had cleaned his crate out and then put a fresh towel in it for him to sleep in the night. He has had his breakfast already before I left for work and will be having lunch shortly. Sabrina is with him all day and is going to be with him all day for the next ten days. Thereafter, he will be have to alone for a couple of hours between half seven and half nine before the housekeeper arrives. She is in the house all day after that with him and Sabrina returns from school at 3 p.m. I will get the next door neighbor to check on him twice during the couple of hours that he will be alone. Hopefully he will be fine.

Sabrina is overjoyed as you can see from the picture. We have also made an appointment with the vet tomorrow and I will send you the report. I guess that is all that is necessary for the insurance to kick in.

Please let me know if there is anything else that needs to be done at this stage.

When we first saw your website, we were indeed a bit skeptical. However,

upon our first email to Mario at your US office, professionalism, courtesy,

and genuine personal concern prevailed. We picked out our puppy and every

question that we asked was promptly answered. Prior to shipping, just as we

had been told, all applicable info was made available to us without having

to follow-up. We were concerned about our puppy’s flight but learned from

the cargo website that the puppy’s safety, feeding, water, and cleanliness

were all top concerns… and they were! All was in order and a calm,

clean puppy was there for us to pick-up. Customs was a breeze and then we

were on our way home. We named our puppy Zoe and she just loves her new

home as we love her. Everyone at Europuppy deserves a hats off for a superb

job!

Hi Eddie, Dusty completes 12 months 17Sept and just wanted to share his pictures at this age. He’s a wonderful dog and very beautiful. Most importantly he is very baby (babies from a few months as well as grown up children) and animal (cats – he lives with 3 of them with no issue) tolerant! Wanted to check if he comes from a line of search and rescue as he seems to be able to “find” naturally. Again thank you very much… And thumbs up for the breeder… I am intending now to get him bone certified and hopefully he can begin his training for competitions..
