Hi Eddie! Spock is fantastic! We took him to the vet on Saturday and everything is great. You can take a look at the picture and see how he is all grown up! 🙂 And no stairs!

Hi Eddie,
Just wanted to write you a quick review on how we found the entire process, along with some photos. Stardust arrived safe and sound. He was happy and bouncy right from day one. We have since renamed him Dusty because he was grey looking when he arrived after all his travelling!! Since then, he’s been checked by the vet and, not surprisingly, was given a perfect bill of health.
He’s been to the groomers for a haircut, and has now fully settled into his new house. He loved the sun and the sand, as you can see in the photos. He especially loves running across the top of sand dunes! He is one of the most well behaved dogs I’ve ever had, walks to heal, plays well, always full of energy. And amazingly, he arrived almost completely house trained. With only very few accidents, he’s been the easiest dog to house train I’ve ever had as well!
The entire process was excellent, and you really made choosing and buying a dog simply a walk in the park – especially in a place like Qatar where it’s not easy to get healthy pets. Your high level of customer service and your clear dedication to selling only the happiest, healthiest dogs took all the worry and hassle out of buying a dog, without taking away any of the fun! I hope you enjoy the photos. Thanks again – I’m sure we’ll be in touch over the coming years for another friend for Dusty.

I wanted to send you a quick update on Munkie (previously Portos) and send you some updated photos. He’s doing really well and he’s so healthy and clever! He’s been so easy to housetrain and has been the perfect puppy with no issues regarding temperament – he’s amazing with children and adults and everyone seems to take to him instantly… I think it’s his lovely golden coat! 🙂
I also just wanted to say thank you again to you and the whole team who made it possible to have him shipped over to the UAE with no hassles or worries.
Please let me know if I can be of any help with regards to references in the future.

Hi Eddie, Its Jenny. Tux made it safe and sound. He is adorable, and such a good boy, I wish we could afford his brother Baltasar too. He already did his no. 2 outside!
Paul was great, I feel bad for him with his long trip, wanted to give him some lunch and coffee but he had 3 more pups to deliver 🙂 We have named Tux a different name, it is Mackey (as in tough guy Vic Mackey from The Shield) I hope I dont hurt anyone’s feelings! But as I send info from us, I want you know who we are talking about.
I am taking him to the vet tomorrow, or the latest thursday. Its 5 mins walking distance from the house, and when Mackey gets tired we just pop him in the stroller with the kids! I truly think that we’ve had a great transaction, and I plan on leaving very positive feedback for you and your team on the website.
He did arrive a little stinky, the breeder could have groomed him a bit nails/ears before departure–but that’s just info for you and your breeders and in no way reflects any negative thoughts on our end. We can’t thank you enough for all your prompt emails, honesty, and professionalism.

I am sending you pictures for your references. I have to say that we really love Curacao. He is so nice, friendly and he is always behind me ang going everywhere with me! Curacao is a very fast learner. In a very short time he learned commands: sit, lie down, roll over, spin, stay, giv me five, give paw…! He realy is a good boy! 🙂 He likes to play with our golden retriever and our cat and he loves to sleep in my lap 🙂 In the attachment I am sending you some pictures

we bought Dragon our German Shepherd 3 months ago. Not only is he the perfect dog, the process of adopting him was so simple it almost seemed too good to be true. You and the euro puppy staff did everything possible to make sure that our puppy got to us on time. Since we are a military family we thought having a family pet was impossible because we move around so much. that problem has now been solved since all your pups come with a pet passport.
Thank you all for helping us find our best friend!! Our home is now complete!!
