Good evening Eddie
at last I have a minute to drop you a line regarding the arrival of Dixie. She arrived in great form despite the flight, which seems not have bothered her at all.She has settled really well in her new home and is a bundle of fun. We had our first visit to the vet and will send a copy of her certificate. We are very pleased with the service we received from Europuppy, but not as pleased as my daughter Josephine who after years of hoping and asking, finally has her longed for puppy. Thanks again. Lucia

Dear Sandor
It was good to hear from you and I shall be pleased to complete and return your survey. I will return it to you later today or tomorrow morning when I have a little more spare time-. As for my puppy Tamsin, she is all I could ever have hoped for.
She is growing into a very beautiful little dog and has a wonderful temperament. She is much admired -especial by my vet and the nurses in the surgery – and I am so pleased I came to you to find her for me. You mentioned at the time that the breeder was not one of your regular ones, but I have to commend him/her for the quality and temperament of the puppy.
I have told so many people of how I came to purchase her and of the care and professionalism of your Company. You made the whole transaction so easy and I am so grateful to you for having found me such a delightful little companion and friend. I am attaching a photo of her taken four weeks ago. She has grown quite a bit since then!! Invidentally, I hope your cousin’s baby is making good progress and that her circumstances have improved.
Warm regards
Perle

Dear Eddie,
Attached are photos of Frodo and Sandy. They are beautiful, calm and well adjusted. Frodo has been the easiest dog I have ever house trained and I thought Sandy was easy. Please let the 2 Havanese breeders that produced our puppies know how impressed we are with them. And of course, a big thank you to you all at Europuppy for bringing us together and making the transition between countries so effortless.
Dana
Eddie,
I have attached a photo of my 2 EuroPuppy, Havanese dogs. Sandy (Keriana) has proven to be an intelligent dog that needs mental stimulation, in addition to lots of exercise. Frodo (Junior) was purchased from you 3 months ago and he is a high energy, cuddly little guy who serves as a never-ending source of amusement to Sandy. I also own a 10 1/2 year old Lhasa Apso / Jack Russell cross who watches with wonder at the stamina of the younger dogs, and growls if their antics spill over into his personal space, yet this does nothing to deter the Havanese from having their fun!
Since I bought my Havanese from you I have created interest in the Havanese breed at my place of employment, and as you know two of my colleagues have purchased Havanese dogs from you. I have my dogs’ photos on my bulletin board so many people inquire about them. I have even had a few offers from people wanting to buy my dogs, but I direct them to your web-site instead! In the next 5 years we will be looking at getting a larger dog, one with a presence, as we have a large property back in Canada. To me this means a Black Russian Terrier, to my husband this means a Bernese Mountain dog; either way we will be in touch!
With thanks,
Dana Qatar

Hi Eddie
I hope all is well with you! Just to let you know that Hobo (now Roxy) is settling in very well with us all!
Have started some obedience training with her and the trainer is very impressed already. She is a great dog with a lovely temperament and is getting lots of attention when we are out walking! Never stopped and talked to so many people. Gets on great with our daughter Lauren. Have attached a picture of her and will send some more soon!

He’s happy and healthy and Europuppy did a fantastic job getting him here is such good shape. I’ve completed the survey and attach a photo of Jimmy. It was taken on Australia Day (we don’t normally dress him in clothes!). Thanks again and I have recommended Europuppy to a number of people. My neighbour is just about to buy a pup from you!

Hello Ed, I apologize for the wait, I have attached a few photos. They aren’t the best photos, but he never seems to want to sit still for a picture! Thank you again so much for all your help. We love Brutus more than we even thought! He is a wonderful addition to our home!

Ed,
Just a quick hello and to let you know that I received the Certificate of Origin papers last week. Zeus is a very wonderful little fellow who has been very easy to train. He loves to go for long walks but does not like the snow but gives me a hard time when I try to put little boots on them. Our little Zeus loves to place with our old boy, Herc. The 2 of them chase each other through the house and if you wach them, it appears that they are hurting each other but that is there way of playing. I will try to get a video of their games and send it to you.
Again we thank you for our amazing little man. He is a amazing little fellow.

Dear Eddie,
Our french bulldog puppy arrived safe and sound, and despite flight delays, he was still in high spirits upon arrival. He is a sweet, playful little pup, and my two sons fell in love with him at first sight! It is very obvious that this puppy was socialized and treated well before we adopted him. Thank you for helping us find the perfect dog for us!

Hi Eddie, Apologies for the delay, but as promised here are some photos of Spartacus. As you can see he has settled nicely – though he is kept in check by our cat. After a rocky start, the 2 are now very good friends and highly entertaining when they wrestle. Cheers Andrew Dubai, UAE
