Hi Eddie
Our new baby boy just arrived today. He landed at five past midnight and we cleared customs and had him home by 4 am. We had him groomed and he has his first vet appointment tomorrow morning. He is absolutely the most loveable puppy we could ever wish for. He has a very healthy, outgoing personality and we are extremely happy with our new addition to our family.

I wanted to send you a quick update on Munkie (previously Portos) and send you some updated photos. He’s doing really well and he’s so healthy and clever! He’s been so easy to housetrain and has been the perfect puppy with no issues regarding temperament – he’s amazing with children and adults and everyone seems to take to him instantly… I think it’s his lovely golden coat! 🙂
I also just wanted to say thank you again to you and the whole team who made it possible to have him shipped over to the UAE with no hassles or worries.
Please let me know if I can be of any help with regards to references in the future.

Just wanted to send you an email thanking you for all your efforts and help on getting ‘Debbie’ now named Sookie to us here in Dubai. She is absoloutley fantastic and has brought so much character to our household. We really could not be happier, she is a magnificent example of her species and every day brings a new set of adventures!
I can not fault your service in any way – you always responded to emails at lightning quick speed, always helped out with advice on the technicalities of bringing a dog in to the UAE When Sookie arrived after a 30 hour journey it was clear while she was a little stressed and restless but she had been well attended to during the trip. If I did a 30 hour journey i would be in much worse shape!
On Sookie’s visit to the vets here we were told of some of the more unscrupulous sellers within the european market and the sometimes horrific consequences that occur all too regularly with importing dogs. Our vet was extremely happy with Sookie and remarked more than once on her obvious breed quality. The vet also studied her documentation thouroughly and said that she did not feel the need to see her for at least 6 months.
I genuinley would have absoloutley no hesitation whatsoever in recomending you to friends and family. Ive also attached a couple of pics from her first day home with us. These were taken a few hours after getting her from the airport.

We first contacted Europuppy three years ago. Since then EuroPuppy (mainly Sandor and yourself) have seen us through a lot of the highs and lows of dog ownership, for which we are greatful. This is why we came back for our new puppy.
We collected ‘Milo’ last night, even the vet was watching for John’s reaction, he was like a child waiting for Christmas. John wanted to have the pup ride home with him in the car. There was no problems with him travelling, he’s been eating well and as John said he’s Absolutely Perfect. He’s getting on well with our rescue dog and is surprisingly quickly getting his confidence in a new place.
When things go well, it is easy not to see all the work that goes on behind the scenes in Europuppy. This time unfortunately through no fault of Europuppy, things did not go right. This time we found out first hand how Europuppy take the dogs to numerous vets and when necessary have extensive tests are carried out, at no cost to us.
We can categorically say that Europuppy go over and above when ensuring that only healthy well bred puppies ever leave them. We really appreciate this fact. Had we gone to a breeder directly we would most likely have a puppy with health problems. We could not think of a better company to have helped us find this marvellous little dog.

Hi! It is not as early as I said they would come but here are some pics of Buddy. We renamed him Bam Bam and he still is getting used to it. He is such sweet pup and loves to play with his new toy. He has been chasing me and my mom all over the house and garden. When we take him outside, he thinks it time to play some more.
It is really hot here so we cant wait for him forever. He defiantly is not the same as Ruffles but we didn’t want him to be. He has his own serious and playful personality.

So sorry have been away but will have this to you by the end of the week. I must just add that Cookie is just the most adorable puppy i have set eyes on. She is so healthy and looks so happy prancing around the apartment – beautiful shiny coat and such a sweet nature. She also hasn’t barked once as yet.
I have attached a pic and will send some from my actual camera when i can download them. She seems so comfortable at home – i wanted to ask you – when she was with the breeder was she inside with them and did she have many other animals to play with? She is so well trained! Thanks again she is just beyond my expectations – hopefully will be able to buy another some day! 🙂

Dear All, Molly (now Doris) arrived safe and sound around 2am this morning, if a bit shaken from her trip – she is beautiful and really curious! Had to stay with her all night to keep her calm so work will be a struggle today! However, Cathy tells me Doris fell asleep the minute I walked out the door this morning! Hope you are all well and had a great weekend.
We finally can send you some qt pictures of our little Lilly (Hungarian Vizsla)! She arrived last week Sat and it was all systems go… she is a little busy body but a real joy! She looks like a little bokkie (a little buck for my English friends).
We are really blessed with her, she is still learning all the new sounds and sights but has a lot of energy and loves to go walkies and loves to go for a ride in Greg’s car. She has 3 kitty brothers and sisters, Kleintjie, Blackie and Liefie who will be with her for 6mnths or so before they jet off to Aus. They get along really well, when she finds them she does the point and freeze move real hunting dog pro! Mom and Dad are so proud.
Greg just loves the little Vizsla noises she makes, especially when she sleeps. Little moans and groans – do not disturb her beauty sleep then it becomes a looooong moan tooo qt! We definitely recommend EuroPuppy they were great in selecting and sending our perfect pooch.
Well enjoy the pictures we are going back to cuddle with our Bokkie

I trust this email finds you well! Just a little picture update from Dubai.
As you can see little Lilly is doing great she is such a little super star. She can sit, give paw, lie down, crawl and we are working on roll over very funny to see. she also waits and stays very well. Not a big eater like our Lab used to be so great around food as well.
She only has two bad habits – jumping (but getting better) and play biting us… working on that too.

She has slept most of today in her bed which she seems to love and also fell asleep on top of me!
