Our head office is situated in the beautiful city of Budapest, Hungary. This is where we serve you from. Our breeders however, can come from various locations all around Europe.

We also have an exclusive Euro Puppy Club on Facebook where our past customers can come together to show off their dogs.
-
Can you help me locate a breeder?
Unfortunately not. There are many other sites doing that. Our policy is to visit each breeder we work with in person to assure that the puppies are coming from good homes. This is only possible for us here in Hungary or in the neighboring countries.
-
Do I have to qualify to be able to purchase one of your puppies?
No! One of our customers said it right: “They’re great dogs but we don’t need anyone qualifying us as to whether or not we deserve the right to buy one of their puppies.” It is our intention to place our puppies in good homes. However we certainly reserve the right not to sell if we believe it is in the best interests of the dog.
-
Do you have a contract?
No. But before you purchase your dog you are required to state that you have read our Terms and Conditions, and to sign our Lifetime Health Guarantee.
-
What does it mean if the puppy has a champion sire or dam?
Basically it means you are getting a top of the line puppy!
A champion sire or dam, means that one of the parents or both has repeatably won FCI organized conformation shows and must therefore be of excellent appearance and conformation.
Literally this means, by the rules of the FCI, that the dog has won the necessary number of local or international dog shows to have been able to earn a Champion or International Champion title. For detailed information of the requirements, visit the official FCI website.
-
Do your puppies receive any vaccinations?
All our puppies receive the vaccinations necessary for their age, and any additional vaccinations that are required to meet your countries import regulations.

Unless stated otherwise in the Breeder’s Note, our puppies are not neutered.
-
At what age should I neuter my male puppy? Can it be done in Hungary, before my puppy is sent to me?
You can of course request for this to be done. But it is only possible at the age of 6 months and up. Please read our informative blog on The Healthiest Time to Neuter your dog.

-
How long is the flight to Bahrain? Is my puppy given food and water during the transport? Isn't it too cold/hot for the puppy?
Our puppies usually fly to one of the major european airports first. They spend the night at the airport’s animal holding facility where your puppy is fed, watered, cleaned, walked and looked after by a team of qualified carers and veterinarians. Your puppy arrives in Bahrain the following day. The flight takes about 8 hours, which can be exhausting, but rest assured, your puppy is in perfect safety all along the way. In 10 years, we have never had a problem.
-
Will my puppy be quarantined upon arrival?
No.
-
Will my puppy come with a pet passport?
No. A pet passport is not required in Bahrain.
-
Will my puppy come with a pedigree?
Yes. Our puppies usually come with a pedigree. On a rare occasion when a puppy does not have a pedigree this will be stated in the puppies individual Breeders Notes.
-
Can I register my puppy with my kennel club in Bahrain?
Yes! Our dogs are registered with an FCI affiliate kennel club (MEOE, SKJ, CMKU, JKS, etc.). This guarantees that you can transfer the registration to any FCI affiliate kennel club or one that is recognized by the FCI, such as the Kennel Club of Bahrain. If you intend to transfer then you can request an Export Pedigree from us ($75). This will allow your dog to have full breeding/showing rights.
-
What training will the puppy be given and will it require more after it arrives?
We are happy to see that you are thinking about training as it is very important. Puppies are not in general trained before departure, it is up to the breeder what training they choose to give the puppy.
Therefore we strongly recommend the Euro Puppy Residential Dog Training Programme. This takes place over 3-4 weeks, with your puppy living with one of our professional trainers.
All puppies require proper training from their owner after arrival.
-
What is the best diet for my dog?
We recommend at first to feed your puppy the same food that the breeder gave. You can gradually try a different food brand that is available in your location. We always recommend super premium or holistic (grain free) dry brands. Good choices are, just to mention a few: Royal Canin, Natures Variety, Taste of the Wild. We recommend feeding your puppy 4 times a day until 3 months of age, then 3 times a day until 6 months. From then on you can feed your puppy twice a day, and depending on your choice feed the dog 1 or 2 times a day from 1 year old.
-
What kind of environment should I create for my puppy?
This depends on several factors such as the dog breed itself, your circumstances where you live. What really is important is to leave space for the dog, let it have his or her own corner where no one should intrude, where he can feel safe and by himself. But make sure breakables and any safety hazards such as electric cables are out of reach. Having plenty of dog toys too is a good idea.
-
If I am eligible for another puppy under the guarantee do I have to pay the shipping costs?
Yes, normally you would cover the cost, but we also offer a fantastic Shipping Protection on top of our guarantee. If you have purchased this protection and your dog sadly passes away within the guarantee time, then we would cover 100% of the shipping costs for your new puppy, up to the price of the original shipping.
